It was a very clean, spacious apartment. Checking in and out super easy. On the whole well equipped, maybe some more kitchenware would be useful.

Our Room #205 was as detailed/described in the property brief/info. Upon arrival and during our stay (for 4 nites), we did update the host about some minor issues, and we'd gotten immediate WA text to acknowledge the follow thru. We use the provided amenities to cook/make breakfast, as well as to the washer/dryer machine, iron & board. So it's good for couple's and family's stay (there are bigger units). Also, we weren't too disturbed by the noise from the street, except for the cleaning trucks and the siren from emergency service vehicles (ambulance & police). It's bear-able! :-) Lastly, there's a good restaurant across the property - Streetcar Restaurant - that serves breakfast (7AM) till dinner (10PM) and several good eatery nearby (i.e. Olive rated 4.8, with its Mediterranean & Lebanese cuisine). This location is just ~10min to Canal Street and French Quarter. The Streetcar #12 is right in front of the property :-)
