The hotel is an old building and is charming and characterful. In the heart of the French quarter and such a great location, central to all tourist activities. The staff were very helpful and there was a central point to access coffee at all times. Small pool but perfect and lots of outside sitting areas.

It’s a fantastic location, rooms are amazing, staff are exceptional. This is a New Orleans hidden gem and I highly recommend this to any traveller looking for a well located hotel. Whenever we are in New Orleans, Place D’Armes will be our first choice

The location of the property was walking distance to everything in the French Quarter. Patrice, the receptionist, was very welcoming and super friendly.

We loved the pool, the garden area, and friendliness of staff. Also the hotel is in a quiet and safe location of French Quarter and at short walking distance from the touristic attractions, key museums, and from the quarter nightlife. Probably the best hotel in the French Quarter
