Room size was excellent, location was on the Riverfront and Staff were excellent. We stayed one night and the picked up a cruise, on our return we discovered a trip we had booked (not via hotel) had been cancelled. Carey (concierge) was amazing he booked us another trip and a taxi to the airport on our return and reception looked after our luggage and printed our boarding passes for the flight home, its class customer service.

Breakfast was Ok, nothing spectacular but got the day started. Room was good, bed was nice. Valet service worked as charm no problems. Location good and all basics what good hotel needs is there.
