Fine hotel, good location. Nice staff. Pool area is small, and the pool even smaller. The room is good, but did not have a fridge.

Location and good value. Receptionist was very obliging and arranged early check in for us and also helped us by charging the mobility scooter in the conference room opposite the reception.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff, gave great advice on where to go and what to do during our stay. Got an earlier check in. Comfortable beds, quiet rooms, close to everything in the French quarter

I loved the hotel employees, especially the nice tall man with glasses (name starts with R!) who was so friendly and gave me great directions multiple times. Pierre is the best and he was very helpful with the parking garage attendants, showing me around the property, helping me with my bags and all else. He also gave me a great rec to go to Oceana Grill which was fabulous. You have the best people ever! Also loved my spacious clean room and the window view overlooking Conti. Really convenient to be able to park across the street at Royal Sonesta too. I will be back!
