Receptionist staff (young lady on arrival) very helpful and friendly. Directed us to the local restaurants and went to kitchen and got hot water for me. Very much appreciated.

Good location within easy walking distance of the French quarter, breakfast was adequate but disappointed that the cutlery was plastic, did not expect this for this grade of hotel. Main disappointment was not having our room cleaned when we had put the notice on the door early in the morning
