Staff was absolutely lovely and so helpful, they really value their customers and do their very best to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The hotel itself is nice, there is a small supermarket at the bottom and a few things to do nearby

We were 3 people traveling for business in Delhi. The hotel was recommended by some colleagues in India. The check-in was very good, but I had some adjustments to the room because I needed more service. Manager Maya was amazing and very professional in her work. Maya helped us and made our stay amazing at the hotel. We received the best possible service and our stay was very comfortable thanks to Maya. We had a total of 3 rooms that were very clean and maintained a high standard and quality of service. The food, opening hours, visits, gym and pool were simply perfect. The hotel is also close to the important places that a regular tourist desires. Strong recommendation to take this hotel and if there is a misunderstanding, simply contact Maya who will solve the problem. All the staff are professional and do a fantastic job for the guests' well-being. Big thanks ITC and an even bigger thanks to Manager Maya.
