This is a little haven, we have decided this will be our Delhi hotel for the future. Whilst more of a self contained room in an apartment in an excellent location, what this place really has going for it are the day and night managers who have been extremely helpful. Having been let down by another local place late last night we found Rainbow by luck, and we're so glad we did. Immediately the night manager's calmness helped, and today the day manager helped even more (we left stuff in yesterday's taxi). When we consider what we need from a place in Delhi (location, facilities inside and out, cleanliness, help when needed) Rainbow Residency has it all. We don't need hotel food, let us sample Delhi's delights. Good coffee across the road, kettle and fridge in the room, perfect. Green Park's location on the yellow line (Old Delhi to Gurugram) drew us in, plus proximity to Hauz Khas village, Dilli Haat, India Gate.

Rainbow residency has the best staff ever. Everyone is nice and kind. As a solo female traveller I felt completely safe. The room was clean and comfortable. I'll definitely come back.

Reasonable accommodation. As described. Nice large room, everything worked. Breakfast is limited, but they go out of their way to get you want you want. Location is in a very busy street, which has everything you need. Main plus point is the level of friendly service from Mr Gopal Ji and his staff. Top notch, they really do go out of their way to look after your needs.
