Breakfast was decent, service was good, and the room was fine overall. However, the toiletries definitely need improvement – the shaving kit in particular was of very poor quality. While some facilities were not up to expectations, the thoughtful service from Pawan (Housekeeping Executive) and Samsad (Concierge) really made our stay comfortable. Overall, the entire team we encountered was polite and helpful, but the hotel amenities need serious improvement.

Check in nd check out process was fast, idr services were good and ofcourse minibar yum. Room was very clean and yeah everything was very perfect.
