I had a wonderful experience at Radisson Blu Dwarka, and a big part of that was thanks to Shikha from the Guest Relations team. She was exceptionally courteous, attentive, and genuinely eager to make my stay comfortable. From the warm welcome at check-in to thoughtful follow-ups during my visit, Shikha’s professionalism and friendly demeanor truly stood out. Her personal touch added a lot to the overall hospitality of the hotel. Thank you, Shikha, for going above and beyond — you’re a real asset to the Radisson team! Bhavik at desk also very helpfull
