The ambience is good. The pool is nice. The location of the pool is a bit off because there bar right adjacent. It’s okay to have a restaurant but a bar is weird.

Front office manager - Amit was exceptional in doing his job along with duty manager Kingsley. All staffs are really humber and was fabulous. Love to visit this place again and again. Must say security staff during day shift was very welcoming as well.

food was good eventhough highly priced. breakfast was well spread. pillows, bed were comfortable. mini bar was having variety. room was clean and of reasonable size. requests were attended quickly.

I liked the attitude of Mr.Shivam who helped with a faster checkin while they had a large group from Australia, while all other staff was busy handling the group.
