This is an amazing hotel from the free pick up from our very early flight arrival to the welcome. Everything runs like clockwork. The staff are super friendly and there’s plenty of them too. The inside of the forum is beautiful and comfortable to sit in. Our room was on the 18th floor and we had club access this is exceptional value for money . You can choose to eat breakfast here or go down to the lobby area where it’s much bigger . We stayed in the lounge where there’s a ample choice of food plus waiter service . You can pop in for afternoon tea which was great after a day out sightseeing and in the evening there was a variety of dishes to eat and free alcohol drinks. The waiters here must be commended they were so obliging . The hotel is a good location to go do the tourist stuff. We hired Manjit one of the hotel drivers who would pick us up at whatever time suited us and drive to all the historical sites giving us interesting information along the way . He helped us navigate into the places this is essential otherwise you get so much hassle . I’d definitely recommend manjit as he speaks good English and is very knowledgeable, he’s also very reasonably priced. The staff make this place We would definitely stay here again .
