Breakfast spread was good. Some items were repeated every day...which could be avoided. The hospitality in the restaurant was really good with all the staff putting their best. Duty Manager Ayush was at his absolute best ...trying to do whatever he could for our comfort. Young guy....deserves all the praise. Concierge were really good and helpful...

No espresso machine( capsule coffee) in the Room No separate shower area , one has to shower In the bathtub The shampoo/ body soap does not lather well But leaves a stickiness on the skin There is a decline in the service standard in In room dining We asked for a chilli Cheese toast - a signature item at ITC maurya but the in room dining lady refused since it was not on the official in room menu The staff in Pavilion restaurant are not proactive like they used to be- I think they are new and inexperienced
