The manager was very friendly, and specifically one stuff 'Nawajish' (hopefully I didn't misspell it 😅)who became like my brother, helped with everything. Other than him, most of the stuffs were quite rude with foreigners.

My self Shazia really awasome experience service good environment staff r to helpful n maneger Mr Dinesh Singh is really gem person To understand standing help full n one more gem Nawazish Reza is the one who treat us kile family very cute n helpful nature n by professionally excellent l m travelling Delhi last 6yrs but this time l came proper places Shanti plaza honestly l stayed in Radisson Blue cannught place but not good experience inspite of expensive they no good hospitality I stay Shanti plaza 5 night really very comfortable good location hygienic n all staff n Mr Dinesh Singh n Nawazish Reza l really thanks for your hospitality caring n good helpful nature NXT time again one n only Shanti plaza hotel my Best experience in Delhi.....

Very good staff. Nice behaviour. Loved the rooms . Mr Shahrukh and Mr. Nawazish were good ones, their behaviour were nice and they helped me with the information I needed very helpful.
