Manager was very supportive. Flight was delayed by more than one hour. They put on the AC in advance, so the room was chilled when we checked in. Asked for Glasses at around 1 am and it was promptly sent. Morning 5.30 am picked up phone in one ring. I wish the person at Front Desk all the best for his future endeavours.
