Excellent service !!! Professional Approach !!! Nice SPA/Sauna!!! As always excellent food in Crown Plazas !!! Price for dinner buffe just need to be checked before proceeding ) We paid more than 6k Rs for 2 person, just for food, which is quite expensive for Delhi, among 5 star hotels too ) Just as advise for future guests, to ask before proceeding )

My stay at Crowne Plaza was excellent. My late-night check-in due to my Australian flight arrival time was handled well and I was provided a complimentary upgrade to a pool view room. The ambience of the hotel is wonderful throughout. The King Room I stayed in was very spacious and elegantly appointed. The hotel’s Infinity restaurant is great — they have a good variety for their buffet and a la carte menus, and the staff are attentive and obliging. The hotel’s Lobby Lounge is also good for unwinding with a few drinks or light meals — and here again the service was exceptional. Overall, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was good as well — not too deep! Whilst the hotel’s location is away from the city centre, it suited my purpose and I would highly recommend this hotel.
