A Wonderful Stay at a Studio Near Okhla Bird Sanctuary Metro Station This was my first time renting a studio, and while it had a few small hiccups, the overall experience was great. The studio is located within walking distance from Okhla Bird Sanctuary Metro Station, which is convenient, but there’s a catch—you have to enter through the front gate, about 2 km away from the station. Be prepared for a bit of a walk. Also, the phone network can be quite spotty in the area, which caused some delays for me. I didn’t receive the flat number from the booking app or the owner, so I spent around 30 minutes at the gate sorting things out due to the network issue. Thankfully, once I got connected, Mihir Sir and Arbaz Sir, who manage the property, were extremely helpful and quickly assisted me. Their friendly and accommodating nature made up for the initial confusion. The building itself has elevators, though finding the right one for my flat was a bit of a puzzle, as my elevator was tucked away on the backside. Now for the studio itself—it’s a cozy, well-furnished space. The kitchen, though small, is equipped with quality Häfele fittings, a cooking top, and basic cookware including a kadhai, pan, dosa tawa, wooden spatula, and a rolling pin. There’s also a nice dinner set, some cutlery, a small fridge, and a microwave that doubles as a grill. To my pleasant surprise, there were some essentials like salt and coriander powder, along with an RO water supply. The bathroom was stocked with face wash, shampoos, lotions, and other toiletries, though a dental kit was missing. One of the highlights is the balcony. Being on the 35th floor, it offers a breathtaking bird’s-eye view, and you can really feel the temperature difference compared to the ground. There are two chairs (though cushions would have been nice) and a lovely hanging swing chair—again, without a cushion, but still charming.

Location of the property is very good. Delhi metro is very close to the property and food delivery partners directly come to the room which is a add on.
