It was handy for Dumfries House which we had been visiting. The room was spacious and quiet and the gardens were beautiful and well tended. The views of the loch were stunning. The staff were welcoming and the food lovely.

The view from our suite was incredible and balcony was much bigger than we expected. The grounds are beautiful as was every part of the hotel that we saw.

I loved the spa treatment hot stone massage was bliss facial and head massage.staff always there if you need them,room was gorgeous comfortable

My partner and I had a lovely stay at the Lochside hotel. The surroundings are absolutely gorgeous with swans on the loch and cherry blossoms by a pond and a fountain. All the staff were lovely, breakfast and dinner were great and I had the most delicious chocolate fudge cake I’ve had in my life 🤤 The spa facilities were also nice, only thing is that it would’ve been good to have a different locker system cause we both forgot the codes for our lockers and had to ask for help to unlock (which they were absolutely fine with and says happens all the time) 😂 But honestly that doesn’t take away anything from the experience at all. We loved our stay here and would love to come back sometime.
