Beautiful little cave rooms ! Great view from the terrace of the hot air balloons in the mornings, the amazing breakfast every day was perfect! All the staff were amazing, especially Ruslan he was very helpful and kind. Hotel staff organised hot air balloon tour for us for the first morning which was just incredible, loved our stay

The location is very convenient, and the breakfast was both tasty and varied. The service team at breakfast were especially friendly and attentive. It was also a nice touch to be able to see the balloons rising in the early morning right from the hotel.

Booked this hotel because we have two young kids and knew we wouldn’t be able to get up early and travel to a viewing point to see the balloons and it did not disappoint! Our room was huge and clean and from the moment Mustafa and the team greeted us we knew it was going to be a fantastic stay. All the staff were super friendly and helpful and were great with our kids. Special shoutout to the team in the restaurant who went above and beyond every morning.
