The location was a quite corner in Ortahisar old city, at the foot of Ortahisar castle with an excellent view on the caves and valley. The terrace view was fantastic in both valley and hillside directions

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in Sept '23. Everything was great. There was a leakage in the bathroom under the sink on our first day and they fixed it as soon as possible on the very same day. Breakfast was super delicious, everything you'd need in a Turkish breakfast. Much storage in the room, we had the room 302 or the pink room as they name it. When I wanted to pay for all the coffee we drank, they kindly refused it and they also don't charge for water bottles in the rooms. We left a few pieces jackets in the georgeous closet and they called me immediately letting us know. I asked them to send us by a courier and they did it on the same day. Very kind people with a smile on their face.

The location was good and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. We are so great the host help us arrange the Ballon ride with good deal, from the room can see the hot air Ballon from our hotel on the next day early in the morning. Love this place so much!! If next time still have chance I'm sure to bring my family back to this place.
