A new building next to the chimneys of Goreme! Large comfortable rooms fully equipped (fridge, a/c, tv, cafeteria, jacuzzi*). The location and view are ideal! You can walk everywhere without going uphill like most accommodations. 100 meters from the bus station as well as from most points of interest. The staff is ready to fulfill your every wish, very polite and always there! You can ask them and book any activity in the area (hot air balloons, tour to the valleys, Turkish night, massage and more), also your transfer from and to airport. Daily room cleaning and outdoor breakfast!! From the terrace you will see the balloons and all of Goreme!! I recommend it 100%.

We truly liked the place, it was like home :) really cleaned, comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, the atmosphere there is very nice. All the coworkers are very kind.

We really loved our stay at this family-run hotel. The location is perfect — close to everything (restaurants, attractions, viewpoints), but still quiet enough to relax and get a good night's sleep. The views are absolutely stunning! You can even watch the hot air balloons right from the rooftop terrace — perfect if you don’t feel like waking up super early to go to the launch site. The hotel itself was spotless and cozy, with such great attention to detail. Everything felt cared for. Parking was always available just nearby, which was super convenient. We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi — they even provided bubble bath, which was a nice touch! The hotel is new (which we love), and everything in the room was in perfect condition — modern, clean, and fresh. Breakfasts were simply amazing: fresh ingredients, delicious flavors, and beautiful presentation — everything felt high quality. But the best part was the people. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always smiling. Huge thanks to Ahmed for taking such great care of us 🙏 — and to his mom for the best menemen we had in Turkey! There’s real warmth in this place. It’s not just a hotel — it honestly feels like home.
