This charming 4-star hotel offers modern, cosy accommodation just outside the village of Neuastenberg, 5 km from the town centre of Winterberg, in the heart of the Upper Sauerland region.
Enjoying an ideal location in the Rothaargebirge Nature Park, the Dorint Resort Winterberg provides self-contained rooms with their own balcony/terrace, dinette, kitchenette and seating area.
Treat yourself to the rich and varied breakfast buffet every morning, while in the evenings you can choose between 2 excellent restaurants for your meal.

spa area was nice to have as an option, very efficient heating in the rooms and common areas Staff was always very helpful

The view from the apartment was amazing! Really good breakfast. The dinner was not included in the price, but is was exceptional and not that expensive, considering the quality. There was also the SPA at the facility, which had a swimming pool and saunas. The ski slopes were close by. There was a large parking on the premises, which had also chargers for electric cars, which was a big bonus for us.

Staff at resort was very understanding and helpful. She (at reception desk) helped us to move a room as we had a dog and he couldnt go down the stairs everytime we went outside. Then she offered us a better room on ground floor without giving us hard time. That makes the whole trip enjoyable!
