Perfect location with only a few minutes from the beach. The building has an elevator which is good. The apartment was very big for two people so everyone had their own room and bathroom. Everything necessary for cooking/cleaning was provided. I highly recommend!

The appartment has so much space, big balcony that goes around the appartment. To the beach you need only 2min. Very comfortable place. I can only recommend this place, I have no bad words. The host is nice and helpfull.

First of all we really want to thank to our host. He was super-kind, really helpful and always available, even at night when we needed the help, or before the check-in as he agreed to store our luggage in the apartment, so we could enjoy the beach from the very first moment in Nettuno. The apartment is unbelievable: extra comfy and big, with 2 bathrooms (one for each bedroom), kitchen well-equipped, terrace is big and really nice for relax. Living room has big flat screen, comfy and big sofa, quiet and perfectly efficient air-conditioning. In each bedroom there is a fan to make you feel even more comfortable. The apartment is very close to the beach (both free and the paid one - max 4 minutes by walk) and ca. 17 minutes by walk from the railway station. The supermarket is almost next to the apartment. The quarter is quiet, safe and with kind neighborhood.

It’s an amazing flat. It’s super huge, and spacious. We were there as a group of three people, but the house can harbor up to six people (in my humble opinion), and everyone would be left in comfort. The kitchen has everything needed, and the balcony is absolutely amazing. Besides, the sea is in 5 minutes walking distance. Finally, the CONAD store is super close to the apartment, so no problems with buying supplies for your evening dinners. Overall, completely worth the price, and recommended to everyone. The host is extremely helpful and nice. P.S. I have not made photos of the apartments without people on it, so I do not attach them since I don’t have a permission to do so.
