The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price. Please note that the air conditioning will not be working from the 15th of November until the 15th of April. This happens every year.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The location is excellent, as the hotel is on a cliff, hence you can hear the sea from your room. Also, as you leave the hotel you'd find yourself at the promenade. On the ground floor outside of the building, you'd find a minimarket and a good restaurant. The staff are friendly and tried their best to make us happy.
