The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Please note the swimming pool is open from April until October. Please note that on Saturdays and Jewish holidays check-in is available only after 18:00.Please note that swimming pool #1 Closed from Thursday, March 13, 2025 until Tuesday, April 15, 2025 (inclusive).

Room, staff and breakfast were all excellent. Location is good for the beach, getting around Netanya, or to be in between Tel Aviv and the north.

It turned out that I mistakenly booked a room for 2 but I intended to come with my 6 year old child. So the hotel offered us a family suit without additional payment, except for paying for the child's breakfasts 120 NIS per day. The breakfast had a variety of different kinds of food and drinks, it was kosher. We stayed for 6 nights and every day the room was cleaned( except for Friday I think it's probably because it was a weekend...), we always had clean towels and fully staffed toiletries. You can also communicate via WhatsApp with the personnel, if you need additional bedsheets or toiletries, you just write it there and get it in 5 mins, very comfortable. On our last night we were offered to have a free dinner in the hotel, which was good. The pool on the roof was clean and pleasant in the morning. There were always clean towels near the pool.

The staff are amazing. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The food was unbelievable. Best hotel food I've tasted. The rooms were very spacious. However, I recommend not to be facing the square it was very noisy till very late at night. I loved the fact that they gave out extra food throughout shabbat it was a really nice touch.
