The balcony, the hot tub, dining table, full size refrigerator, close to beach. It was clean and neat and had what we needed.

The property offers privacy and basic comfort, which was very important for us. The balcony is a gem - beautifully furnished and equipped with a really nice pool and jacuzzi. The floor is not shared with any other apartments, so it is really cool. The host is such a great man - very hospitable, accommodating, really nice. We didn't need any extra things, but we understood that should we ask for anything, he would readily provide it. He even offered his own parking spot for our car, although there was room to park in the street. The area is quiet and nice, reasonable walking distance to the beach.

Apartment was great, has a real rooftop swimming pool that is very big and professionally built. Jacuzzi was great, so relaxing and fun to move back and forth from the pool to Jacuzzi. Outdoor area is excellent with everything you can ask for and beautify built and designed. A truly unique experience and great value!
