The property was exactly like in the pictures! Everything was perfect, clean and satisfying. The room was clean, and came with everything, and also the pool was really clean and warm. The owner was really friendly. They are also pet friendly.

The hotel was clean .The host was amazing he makes sure that we felt at home.The location was great ,near to many supermarkets beach and many lovely restaurants.i would recommand zevs residence for a nice calming stay.

Fantastic service, really kind, Jivko was a uniquely friendly and helpful host! Also the apartment was fabulous; big, clean, great location in a quiet neighbourhood but short way to anything you need. Great pool area too :) And they had The cutest cats! Shows such love and kindness🐈We loved staying here, and will definently be back if we come back to Nessebar❤️

The friendly host helped us to solve a problem we encountered with the car. He helped us change the wheel. I had access to the pool and the ping pong table. The beach is quite close. It’s perfect for famillies, I truly recommend!

Very helpful host. I had a problem with my car and the host was so helpful. Place is new and built to a high standard, rooms are spacious, parking and location is a plus.

Very happy with this stay and I would highly recommend it! The rooms are clean and nicely furnished, the AC works good and you have a kitchen with some simple supplies. The owner is very nice and helpful too.

Excellent location! Positioned in a quiet area between Ravda and Nesebar and very close to Sunny beach. Making it perfect if you don't want to be in the chaotic hotel environment yet close to everything you would need. There a few shops only 2-3 min walk from the property, a beach with water sports activities which is 5 min walk and plenty of good restaurants with cold drinks and amazing food.
