I liked and appreciated how clean the room was and how nice the lady on the fifth floor was. Also, the view was a great compliment considering that we did not reserve sea view this time. I liked the food in most of it part, considering the volume, I would say, great job in the kitchen. View, nature, and the initial idea of the place. Fun places for kids and great cultural events. Nice guys at the lobby bar. The animators and staff in the fun/aqua park area are amazing!!!

Food was great. Both selection and quality. A lot of snacks everywhere available almost all the time. Water and juices available everywhere. Water coolers on every floor so you can get water late at night if you need it. A lot of activities for children and adults. Daily shows, competitions. Small advice - study everything the hotel has to offer. There are a lot of places and you wouldn't want to miss any of them Staff was friendly and overall trying to help with all your issues. We had a faulty shower head and child's cot - both were replaced instantly. The reception is friendly and answers all your questions. Good access to the beach. With sunbeds and umbrellas available. A lot of pools, all are kids friendly. Water taxi to old Nessebar is also available there.
