Light, bright and airy, good pool area although it could have been heated to take the edge off the water. All the staff we encountered were smiley and helpful. We were upgraded to an apartment on the roof level but all the blinds in the lounge are were broken, we were only there 2 nights so didn’t report. Great views overlooking Nesebar Old Town

Exceptional decor and panoramic view!!! Suite with an elegant and spacious bedroom!!! Absolutely delightful location and view, diverse food, friendly staff who welcomed us as if we had returned for the umpteenth time….. pleasant warm and relaxing in an excellent atmosphere! A memorable stay!!!

The location was close to the beach. The food was good. Cleaning service outstanding. The staff was polite. And a huge kudos to the person that made the music playlist for the gym. One of the first time in my life when I did not need headphones in a gym.

Themed cuisines rotating every 7 days - impressive variety and rich food selection. Evening music events at the bar added great atmosphere. Quite decent and stable Wi-Fi connection throughout of the hotel's territory. Overall, the hotel gave me a great vibe - definitely a place I will return to.
