The staff speaks good English and everyone is polite and helpful. The lady at reception was especially sweet—she gave us a tour of the resort and explained everything in detail. The waiters are very professional, never noisy or annoying. Breakfast is always fresh, with plenty of options to choose from. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the balconies are nice and spacious. The resort is big, well organized, and beautifully decorated with lots of statues inspired by Greek mythology. There are also some friendly cats around the hotel, which pet lovers will definitely appreciate. I would gladly come back!

The location of our apartment to all amenities of the spa resort and the beach was brilliant.The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety with hot food as well as cereals,toast,rolls ,meats,cheeses,fruit and beverages.The staff were friendly and helpful

The apartment was modern and large (two bedrooms, two bathrooms open space kitchen & livingroom, and a balcony) for a family of four. The SPA offers great massages and facial treatments, there is a gym and three outdoor pools (two of them free of charge). The restaurant is probably the best in the area, we enjoyed dinning there. The nearby beaches are not great (small) but we didn’t miss that since their pools were perfect.

Very nice overall. Decent staff and nice pools. I recommend South Beach. Not the closest beach. Also if u wanna have a nice walk and food go to old city.
