Very close to the sea and a very good beach for kids, , small waves, sandy beach. As for the apt very comfotable, a kitchen equiped with the all you need. Confy beds.

We've stayed at Niko's apartments many times, and every visit has been exceptional. The apartments are beautifully maintained, extremely comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need to feel right at home. Niko is a truly outstanding host—always going above and beyond to ensure his guests have a pleasant and hassle-free stay. The location is also ideal: just a 2-minute walk to the beach, and within easy walking distance to the charming old town. We highly recommend this place and look forward to returning again!

Apartment is spacious, having almost all required amenities except dish washer, the beach is 50 m far (organised and unorganized). Our apartment had a nice cosy balcony with sea view on left side. Central, in front of the building, there is an other resort which partially block the full sea view. Internet was also very good, high speed and stabile. Apartment also had 2 AC's, one e each room, helpful for summer day's. Building is in a nice garden, very quiet area and lots of green and grass around. Very close there are 2 restaurants, Sacre having international menu and an other one, down on the coast, with a fantastic view, having only sea food. The owner was very nice and helpful as well.
