Nickolai gave us a warm friendly welcome out in the street, remembering my name, so no problem finding the place. The room had a balcony with a lovely sea view. We were able to have a coffee on the balcony, as the room had cups, a kettle and a fridge, which was very handy. Nickolai's wife made us a lovely breakfast on request, although this isn't normally provided. The hotel is within walking distance of all the sites in old Neseber, including a cute little beach, with lovely calm, clear water. All in all, a really enjoyable break with friends. Thank you 😊

Nicolai, the owner, is a very kind and helpful person, first of all. The room was very clean, with a beautiful sea view, with quiet saroundings (it was 1st of May, to be noticed), with TV, a fridge, shower, hot water all the time....we were very pleased! Big parking lot for free (again, 1st of May, out of the season) just across the road but you have to climb some stairs, not many, not a big deal.

The location was excellent - a short walk from the major sights. We had a lovely view of the sea from the room. The staff were very warm and welcoming.
