But the staff can always be reached by phone.Deposit: - Reservations made within 30 days before arrival: Full payment upon arrival. - Reservations made before 30 days before arrival: 50% prepayment by bank transfer (before 30 days), remaining amount to be paid upon arrival.Please note that there is no elevator in the building.Please note that pets are only allowed upon request in the 2-persons suite's ground floor. Costs are 10 euros per dogPlease note that special rules may apply for groups. If you book more than 2 rooms, please contact de berkenhof first. De Berkenhof does not accept large groups such as bachelor parties, larger sports groups, etc.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Very nice room and seperate bathroom with nice shower. The kitchen was pretty well equipped. Everything was clean and cleaning during the stay was offered. We also rented the bikes that were offered. The staff was very forthcoming for our arrival and departure times.
