The location, the outlook, the facilities, the fact that Juan Carlos was available to help at any time. And the luggage storage after checkout.

Location is great, the owner is nice, the bed very comfortable, overall the place is ok, not super cosy, but would do greatly for it's price if not the bathroom, which was awful.

The location Fairy clean. Could have done eith some cleaning supplies, particularly toilet and bathroom cleaner

Obviously THE best location. Comfortable bed and useful kitchen appliances. Great to have a kettle in a Spanish stay!
