This is an excellent, modern place to stay for a short stay in Nerja, being only 10 mins from the Balcon and hundreds of restaurants. The owner, Carlos is very welcoming and speaks good English. He also is good at recommendations regarding Nerja itself. There is a very large car park close to the hotel, 1 euro per day to charity. Other car parks near the Balcon are 2 Euros per hour so be warned. The property is accessed by a simple key card system for entry to the building band entry to the room. The room itself (I believe there are five in the property, all first floor), has a comfortable bed and wardrobe, (only 4 coat hangers). It has very good aircon, and a balcony with a table and two chairs. It also has a fridge and coffee machine. Being English we wanted to boil water to make Tea, so Carlos quickly provided a kettle and tea bags, great service. The room has various power sockets, Inc bed side lamps with USB sockets. The bathroom has an excellent shower with shower gel, hair shampoo, conditioner provided et. The room also has a hair dryer and the room/bathroom is cleaned every day. Outside of the property is a local bus station, ideal for getting to Malaga (west) or Herradura/Almunecar (east). There are also cafes to buy breakfast and supermarkets to get milk, snacks, wine etc. The Balcony area is extremely busy with restaurants too many to list, but we would recommend Gloria street for Tapas and a drink as it is good, has a great vibe and is not expensive.
