We had a great time in the villa.. Propriety is well maintained, with a large pool , 3 comfortable double bedrooms with air conditioning. Lovely open plan kitchen dining and living room area. The agency dealing with us also has been very helpful and with great communication . Main beach is only 10 min walk away and same distance a big supermarket with everything you need. If you want to go to Nerja center it's a leisurely 25 min walk that we did every evening. Theres some uphill walking, but nothing too long or strenuous I would definitely recommend it

This property could easily be a 10/10 if it was not let down considerably by the overall cleanliness and general condition of the appliances and outdated inventory. The location is great, the views are wonderful, the pool size as well as the large outdoor space are lovely. The house is spacious and the garden was very well maintained.
