Spacious and comfortable apartment in the center of the village. Nice and big terraces with a view. The parking options is very useful. Overall a pleasant experience.

The best location in Neos Marmaras with private parking. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, it has two balconies, one with a sea view.

We found at the apartment exactly what we expected from the pictures. It is well equiped with all we needed. The location is on a small street right near the centre and close to shops and tavernas. We stayed 10 nights and after 5 nights they asked if we want to have the apartment cleaned and the towels changed. The communication with the owner was smooth , quick and efficent. The parking in the back yard was a big plus, thou the entrance is a bit thight for a bigger car. The water system can be a challenge, but if you are well organized it is doable.
