We had app with the sea view. Balcony is from two sides of app. We were out of season (February), so no traffic and noise outside, just the sound of the waves. Few shops and restaurants open. Cleaning lady cleaned the app every day, something we didnt aspect for the price we paid. Very good value! We asked for early check in and we get it. Thank you!

The best location in Neos Marmaras! The host was very kind. Apartman was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Terace was with amazing view.
