It is perfect. Close to everything,beach , center ,shops. Clean and nice. The only problem is parking , but can find next to the beach which also is conveniant.

I was so pleasantly surprised by the host throughout our entire stay - truly exceptional hospitality! We received a wonderful welcome with a bottle of chilled wine, cold water (such a thoughtful touch, as it saves you from having to rush to the store on arrival), and some delicious snacks and treats. It really set the tone for the rest of our stay. The host was incredibly kind and helpful with anything we needed. The apartment itself was great. We stayed on the top floor, which turned out to be perfect - we enjoyed a refreshing breeze and beautiful views of the beach and sunset that you wouldn’t get from the lower floors. The apartment was well-equipped for a comfortable stay, very clean, and the sheets and towels were changed every three days. The location was ideal - close to everything: the best gyros just up the street, a fantastic bakery full of delicious treats, the city center, a quiet beach for an early morning swim, and a public sandy beach. We also had no trouble finding parking on the street or nearby (this was in June, so peak season might be different). Overall, I feel very lucky to have found this accommodation. Highly recommended!

Iro and Dimitra were very kind and helpful. We arrived in the middle of a heatwave and they provided us with a fan for the living room where 2 people were sleeping. Location is great, few meters from the beach and very close to the centre of Marmaras.

Everything was nice. It is 2 minutes walk from beach and 2 minutes walk to souvenir shops and restaurants. A really good bakery and market is 30 sec from apartment. It is peacefull environment. The host is amazing and really helpful. We will come back definitely! If there was 11 for hygiene I would give it. Kitchen has everything that you need, towells and bad sheets are changed every 3 days.
