Very very close to beach of a quiet side of Neos. Nearby restaurants. It is a 15min walk (up hill) to main village. Short drive to main beach. Easy parking at rear of property. Superb breakfast with fabulous seating and views of the waterfront. Sun umbrella and 2 lounges included with bar purchase. Very clean and have an option to tidy your room daily. Balcony is excellent for drying towels and sitting of an evening.

Loved the people - very, very friendly and nice. They made us feel like at home. They helped me with organizing surprise party for my wife. Huge love and respect! Loved the view, garden, food (breakfast was great), relax vibe, sea view, sunsets. They clean every day - change of towels ...
