The property is charming but it needs refurbishing and some equipment replacing particularly given the amount being charged.

This is a lovely little house across the road from the sea (where you can go for a swim) and within five minutes walking distance from Neo Itylo which, although small, has a good number of restaurants and bars. The owners - Litsa and Efstathios - are really lovely and so kind, welcoming and helpful. There is a split-level patio area outside where you can comfortably sit and relax or have breakfast or an aperitif. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and also has air conditioning. The living room/kitchen is spacious and well equipped and has a sofa that can be turned into a spare bed, if needed. There is a good shower in the bathroom as well as a washing machine. The next town, Limeni, is also walkable in about 10-15 minutes (although there is about 100 metres of roadway without footpath) and you will find some more good restaurants there. We found the location perfect for exploring Deep Mani.
