The owners were absolutely outstanding - warm, friendly and genuinely welcoming. The room was spotless and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the fresh milk provided. The location was perfect - very close to the Nelson markets - making it easy to explore. Everything was well cared for and the atmosphere felt inviting. Highly recommended. Thank you again.

Nelson was cut off by flooding during our stay and staff arranged for us to have our rooms for an extra night. I left an item behind and office staff kindly sent it to me. They consistently went over and above expectations.
