This delightful period property built in 1941,once a family home, is situated down a quiet road, easily found. Only a 15 minute walk to the main town centre. The rooms are all very spacious, with a large kitchen with seating area, there is a lovely garden and seating area and two other areas to sit and relax. The house is well appointed and lacks nothing.

This is a perfect heritage house in an historic area. Only 10 minutes to the waterfront and 12 minutes to the town on foot. Delightful accommodation ( the best we had in NZ) and gorgeous garden. Really well appointed and an enquiry was responded to very quickly.
