The manager went above and beyond to make our stay memorable despite the fact that they were experiencing the storm of the century. We were able to book in early, she pre-warmed our room and even upgraded us to a bigger unit. The unit was squeaky clean and well equipped. TV had more channels that you would normally get. The spa-bath was absolutely the cherry on the cake for us. We will definitely stay there again.

Last minute booking as unable to travel because of floods and had an upgrade room ready and warmed up for us. Very comfortable and clean room. Close to dining options. Friendly helpful host.

Everything comfy warm on a miserable wet day staff very friendly, daughter said super comfy bed and very warm rooms and omg a bath almost like pool lol
