Clean, spacious, and well-equipped with an elevated location. Close to restaurants and a swimming beach. Comfortable beds and helpful host. Hard to beat. Parking is on the street but is effectively as good as private parking.

It was well appointed, everything we needed & more. Small kitchen, but everything you needed to make a meal. The view was superb and the neighbourhood was very quiet. Host Paul was friendly & helpful. Loved all the quirky art installations.

Beachside Apartment lived up to its promise with spectacular, panoramic views! It was great to watch the ever changing views and beautiful sunset. the unit is well set up and very comfortable. Paul was a very accomodating host. We appreciated all of the many extras provided in the fridge and pantry, that made our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommended.

The location was great. We overlooked Tahunanui Beach and towards the harbour. The breakfasts were very good. There were a lot of extras provided eg binoculars,umbrella's,torch. Could sit and relax in a chair and look at the scenery. We didn't walk on the beach but looked at it every day.

Everything about this stay was magnificent. If I could sensibly provide a rating higher than 10, I would. The location and property are exceptional, and the hosts are utterly wonderful and went considerably above and beyond in the support they provided to us. If you are fortunate enough to find this venue available, don't hesitate - book it quickly!
