Great location, layout, plenty of space, lovely outdoor area. Terrific set-up for 3 adult couples + a couple of kids.

Great location, spacious for 5 adults and two kids. Comfy beds and very quiet. Nice beachy feel to the furnishings.

Location was great, close to both Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay. The layout of the property is great with a large kitchen, dining and outdoor area. Beds and lounges were comfortable also.
