The fine print
Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Stunning views over Shoal Bay, very quiet location with easy walking distance to Fingal bay shops. Saw 🐬 🐬 🐬 and native birds everyday. Unit has a very well equipped kitchen and a lovely new bathroom. Having a second toilet was nice too. Recommend highly

We h e stayed in this location four times now and will be booking again . The quite abs the peace abs the view are amazing but the air con is the things that also draws us to this unit . The location is perfect for us and we love this unit so much

Clean, amazing view, spacious modern bathrooms. Well equipped other than older/worn cookware (see below). Beds were comfortable. Glad to have lock-up garage. Great location (very quiet)
