The property was very close to the beach. It was a ground floor unit which was great for a family. The property was within walking distance to Shoal Bay and Nelson Bay. Safe beach for young children with great amenities (toilets, BBQ’s, picnic tables) close to the beach.

Location was great & ground floor was perfect for us with one of us with osteoarthritis. Two bathrooms was also a bonus to have.

the property was very close to Nelson bay, just a nice walk into the town centre. it was super clean when we arrived and more spacious than the photos make it out to be.
