Our apartment was fantastic! The location was perfect, close to ferry terminal and buses. The view of the Coral Sea from our apartment was amazing! Our apartment had everything we needed and more even gorgeous original artwork.

We arrived 2 hours before check-in so went to reception to leave our bags while we went for a walk, but we're given our room immediately, so a great start. The unit we were given was a bit tired and definitely needed to be renovated but the location was excellent so we weren't bothered about it. We went straight out exploring for the day and it was only when we got back that afternoon we discovered that neither of the TV's worked. We didn't worry that evening as we went out again, the next morning we reported it on our way out and within 5 minutes the manager phoned me to say we had been upgraded to a new room. The new room was amazing with a beatiful ocean view. The customer service we received was excellent, I can not fault this place at all and would definitely recommend it everyone visiting the island.
