From start to finish, our stay was fantastic. Lizzy contacted me before our arrival via email and phone to explain how to catch the airport shuttle bus from Townsville Domestic Airport to the ferry terminal, including ferry times and prices - such a thoughtful touch that made everything super smooth. She even met us on Magnetic Island and walked with us to the apartment, which was just a short distance away – it felt like a bit of class being personally chaperoned! Once there, Lizzy gave us a great intro to the apartment and loads of useful tips about events and transport on the island. The apartment itself was large, clean, and had everything we needed - even a washing machine, which came in handy due to the treks on the island. The local supermarket and bottle-o are just a stone’s throw away, and the 24-hour reception looked after our luggage on our final day so we could squeeze in another trip around the island. Magnetic Island is amazing, and without listing every single thing in the apartment, I can say everything was absolutely spot on. We'd love the chance to return. Many thanks! 😊

The location is excellent, the pool is amazing, the view from the balcony was very relaxing and we spent a lot of time out there admiring the view. We enjoyed that we didn't have to go to the front desk and everything was explained to us before arrival. The bus system is amazing, so easy to get around and so affordable, no need to hire a car.
