If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his/her parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel.”Please note children from 0-4 are charge-free. Children from 4-12 years have an additional fee of COP 45000 per child/night and children from 12 years old/ adults pay COP 69000 per person/night.

The best hotel to stay in Neiva. Staff is very attentive and helpful, from the hotel maid and doorman to the manager. Room are quiet and confortable. Air conditioning silente and effective. Restaurant have good options. I strongly recommend it!
